Virtual Meditation for Change


When: Every Thursday
Time: Anytime during your day
Location: Wherever you are
Purpose: Your own private focus

I set every Thursday aside as a day especially and intensely dedicated to help people have the change they want, in any aspect of their life. Everyone is welcome to receive the benefits of this special meditation, it isn’t necessary to be one of my clients. As a matter of fact, you don’t need to let me know that you are participating.

There is no fee for you to pay. There is no particular form for you to follow; however you choose to ‘get quiet’ is perfect! It will take about 5 minutes of your time and involves simply knowing what you want and stating it.

General Instructions
• Sit or lie quietly, breathe in and out slowly and gently and deeply.
• Close your eyes.
• State your intention.
• Turn your thoughts to a pleasant scene, something real or imagined.
or: silently repeat a phrase that has a special, uplifting meaning for you
or: each time you inhale silently say, “in” and each time you exhale silently say, “out”.
• Continue sitting or lying quietly while focusing on your scene or on the words you are repeating silently for 3-5 minutes.
• Then, get up and go about your day.
