These are all ideas and methods that I have been taught and I try my best to implement them. They've been a great help to me!

"I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back." 'Maya Angelou There's a tradition that is kind of fun: whenever you visit anyone of anyplace, bring a gift. The gift can be a wish for the people there. More about this:Judy's blog

3/25/10 Change With the Number 9 from: Judy's numerology blog
The number nine is traditionally thought to represent the completion of a cycle. A cycle is a series of events that build upon each other until, finally, there is a conclusion to the idea and all is ready for a new venture or cycle. So, when it was time for me to make a big change, I focused in on the number 9. I decided to use that number, in the Feng Shui manner, to remind me that right then was definitely the time to begin something brand new and that I was prepared to do just that.... the rest is on the blog page)

3/24/10 Breathwork from Judy's Blog
Breathing exercises can be very simple, but they help to create new patterns of experience in your life. The first thing to do, before even practicing breathing exercises, is to learn to change from mouth breathing to nostril breathing. Nostril breathing is the natural way to breathe and it perfectly supports physical, mental and emotional health.

Judy's Blog
I heard this years ago & always keep it in mind:

I walk down a street and there's a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. It takes forever to get out. It's not my fault.
I walk down the same street. I fall in the hole again. It still takes a long time to get out. It's not my fault.
I walk down the same street. I fall in the hole again. It's becoming a habit. It is my fault. I get out immediately.
I walk down the same street and see the deep hole in the sidewalk. I walk around it.
I walk down a different street.

March 19, 2010: Change
There are two reasons why we want to make a change.
1) to avoid pain
2) to move towards pleasure

Simply intending to avoid pain will not result in productive or permanent positive change. You see, something important has to be driving you; there has to be a passionate reason to 'move'.
You will need to shift your focus from running away from something to moving towards something. It's vital to feel driven to do or to accomplish or to have it. And in order to feel this, you must know and believe in why you are doing it!
